Fans of Kim Kardashian started gossiping that she has had her implant removed. Kim is known for having the most famous figure in the world. She did the Brazilian Butt Lift, one of the most popular cosmetic surgeries in the US, although she has denied having enlarged her butt. This procedure includes the transfer of fat from other areas of the body to the butt. Surgeons believe that she had fat moved from her stomach or waist to her buttocks. The Brazilian Butt Lift is a procedure invented to improve the appearance of the backside.
